Passing on Love Through Indigo — Stories of Ukrainian Children
More than 20,000 Ukrainian children have been forcibly taken to Russia, while millions have been displaced from their homes and continue to live amid the devastation of war.
This exhibition presents 20 stories about Ukrainian children, depicted through appliqué works made with traditional Japanese indigo-dyed fabric.
Through art, we hope to connect people across borders with compassion and love, and to express our wish for the freedom and peace of all children.
