100 Sakura for Peace — Aitsugi Project 2026
Planting Day with Ruslana Korinna’s Team from Sakhnovshchyna, Hearts of the Unbreakable
In one powerful day, sakura trees were planted across five schools:

Ohiivskyi Lyceum, Kostiantynivskyi Lyceum, Novocherneshchynska Gymnasium, Bahatocherneshchynskyi Lyceum, and the Tavezhnianska Branch of Ohiivskyi Lyceum.The team traveled over 150 km, reaching even the most remote communities.Students, school staff, and members of the local community planted the sakura trees together with Ruslana’s team. Each tree honors their heroes.Children planted with care and deep interest. Many scanned the QR codes, learning the stories behind each name of the fallen heroes. In some schools, families of the fallen stood beside them. A day of remembrance, connection, and quiet strength. Each tree — a living memory.
