I spent my childhood in Crimea, Ukraine. I am mathematician by profession, but my grandmother inspired me for different handicrafts. 
I made a lot of dolls, Ukrainian beautiful girls, brave Cossack’s and even a doll-Queen Elisabeth II of Great Britain. My dolls were exhibited at different festivals and contests, won the prizes and Diplomas. 
Even in 2022, my dolls were brave and travelled to different charity projects, which were help in Ukraine even during black-outs and under the air raid sirens during missile attacks.This my doll go to the land of the morning sun not just for a visit, but also with an honorable mission to participate in the “100 Motanka dolls for peace” project. An important part of Japanese culture – omotenashi – is a kind of respected philosophy of hospitality and the practice of mental balance. Therefore, I am sure that my Marichka-Marie author doll will be hospitably received in Japan and will bring a lot of positivity and good emotions from proud, indomitable and invincible Ukraine. Nihon no utsukushi-sa. A little bit of Japanese in combination with Ukrainian… Marichka-Marie wear a linen skirt, an elegant linen sheet covered her waist, wings hung freely from her waist on the sides. Marie has a beautiful kimono (“yukata”) made of light Italian batiste, special apron, held up by a Japanese belt “obi”.

Японія – загадкова країна, острів, на якому ночує сонце, де воно прокидається і встає… Ідуть наші лялечкі до країни ранкового сонця не просто в гості, а і з почесною місією для участі в проекті “100 Motanka dolls for peace”. Важлива частина японської культури – омотенасі – це свого роду шанована філософія гостінности та практика душевної рівноваги. Тому я впевнена, наші лялечки,моя Марічка-Марі будуть гостинно прийняті в Японії і принесуть море позитиву та добрих емоцій від гордої, незламної та ніким не переможної України. Nihon no utsukushi-sa Трішки японської у поєднанні з українською… Марічка одягла спіднічку льняну, ошатна лляна плахта охоплює стан, від талії вільно звисають крила (криси) з боків. У Марі красиве кімоно (“юката”) з легкого італійського батиста та плахта зі своєрідним фартухом підхоплені японським поясом “обі”.
