STORY
Motanka, saved me from depression
After 2 weeks of living in the basement under the sounds of missiles explosions, airfighters and the earth shaking, I took my daughter and went to the western part of Ukraine, but my husband stayed to defend the state. And in order not to go crazy from my worries, I started spinning the doll, putting all my strength and love into it (the first dolls were funny). After 2 weeks, I found out that my dad has cancer, then a stroke. I overcame my fears and went with my daughter to visit him. There were long days of rehabilitation, waiting, fear, panic, tantrums – very difficult period. But than I remember the motanka doll, which I’ve made in 1st days of war and in order to stop it all, I started doing motanka’s again. Motanka’s provide me an opportunity to hide from the world. People liked my motanka dolls. They began to buy my motanka dolls and send them to the men and boys at the front lines as a sign of their love and as protective amulet. One small doll is still with my husband, motanka went through storms, explosions with him and he is alive!!!
Therefore, I realized that I have to continue this work, create and teach others, so that everyone can have their own protection, because Motanka’s power is in her energy, which is invested with every thread. Motanka saved me.

“Мотанка, врятувала мене від депресії”
Після 2 тижнів проживання в підвалі під звуки вибухів ракет, літаків та тремтіння землі, я забрала доньку і поїхала на захід України, а чоловік залишився боронити державу, і щоб не зійти з розуму від переживань я почала крутити ляльку, всиляючи в неї всю свою силу і любов (перші ляльки були кумедні).
Через 2 тижні я дізнаюсь, що у мого тата рак, потім інсульт, я поборюю страх і їду з донькою до нього, там почались довгі дні реабілітації очікування, страх, паніка, істерики – зупинило це все згадка про ляльку, я знову почала їх робити, вони дають можливість відсторонитись від світу. Мотанки сподобались людям, їх почали купляти та відправляти хлопцям на передову, одна маленька лялька і досі разом з чоловіком, пройшла штурми, взриви і він живий!! Тому я зрозуміла, що маю продовжувати цю справу, створювати і вчити інших, щоб кожен міг мати свій власний захист, бо сила Мотанки в її енергії яка вкладається з кожним рядочком та ниточкою. Вона мене врятувала.
